Sashuto Consulting was developed and launched by Misty Burrows after several years of working with Entrepreneurs at the Northwest Entrepreneur Network and seeing the struggle they often face when trying to recruit high quality operations specialists on start-up budgets. Sashuto is the response to that need.

Misty Burrows, founder and principal:

Misty started Sashuto in March of 2007 in response to the business operations difficulties she saw entrepreneurs face while working with them at the Northwest Entrepreneur Network. Misty has over 10 years work experience with business operations, bookkeeping, and human resources. Misty’s prior work experience includes several non-profit organizations including the Northwest Entrepreneur Network (NWEN) and the American Heart Association. She has focused on implementing scalable systems for budgeting, self-audits, general business operations, and cash flow modeling. Misty graduated cum laude from Washington State University with a BA in social science and minors in business, political science and anthropology. In her spare time, Misty loves adventure travel, scuba diving, shoe shopping and playing with her two Beagles, Sasha and Pluto - hence the name Sashuto.

Angelica Espindola, client coordinator:

Angelica Espindola’s experience as a generalist comes from 10 years of filling in as a Jill of all trades in the different office environments she’s built her career on. From being a grant officer in a University financial aid office to doing bookkeeping for a small construction company, and serving as both an office manager and brand designer for a grant program, she appreciates the challenge of taking on additional responsibilities outside the realm of “her job.” When not setting up a new clients books or planning for an upcoming event, Angelica enjoys watching movies, helping people in any way she can and spending time with her family, especially her two daughters, Litxuli and Lilu’Minai.

Josefa Nopre, executive assistant:

Josefa is Sashuto’s executive assistant extraordinaire. Before joining the Sashuto staff in December 2007, Josefa spent nine years working in a wide range of industries including telecommunications, non - profit, micro - finance, and distribution. She earned her Bachelors Degree in 1999 with academic concentration in Business Management. Her work for Sashuto Consulting includes assistance to all Sashuto staff, managing calendar, correspondence, research, filing.
